It’s finally here! The wait this year has been a long one, but Spring is, at last, in full swing. Enjoy the photos below.
These first few are from a few weeks ago at dusk. The end of the day, but the beginning of the year.
The Korean Spice Vibernum was just bursting a few days ago and you had to get close to enjoy its aroma. By the weekend it should be in full bloom and scent.
Two flowers, one colour. The hyacinth is one of a rainbow at the front of the garden which is new this year.
Not the whitest daffodil in the garden, but close.
We now have two cultivars of Muscari. The second, whose striking cobalt blue contrasts with it’s delicate size, was planted during our 2013 bulb planting.
The Bleeding Hearts probably win the prize for going from 0 to 100 in the shortest possible time.
